Activation

Learn how to activate your Satellite key and bind the bot to your server.

After you've opened a ticket in the Skylab server, purchased the bot, and invited it to your server (we recommend creating an empty server to use the bot in), the activation process is relatively straight forward.

Activating Satellite

Make sure that you've gotten your registration key from Jack after purchasing the bot. Your key should look something like this: SKY-ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO

This key is single-use and binds your preferences, webhook URLs, and all database entries to the guild that you activate the key in. Do not share this key with anyone or try to activate in different server.

In the event that you need to move servers or transfer the license key, please contact Jack on how to continue this.

In a channel where the bot has access, you simply need to run one command to activate the bot and link the key to your guild.

!activate SKY-ABCDE-FGHIJ-KLMNO

You should receive a success message that now allows you to access Satellite's features.
